Aurora Rift Studio
Story-first RPGs on the edge of a Western frontier
A tiny, independent game studio building a long-haul, character-driven RPG inspired by PS2-era classics like Final Fantasy X, reimagined in a grounded Western frontier setting.
A small studio with a long timeline
Aurora Rift Studio is a one-person shop currently balancing game development with launching a sister project in the music-tech world (VerifySync.dev). That means the RPG in development is a slow-burn effort, not a hype train.
The goal is simple: ship a deeply personal RPG when it’s ready—no crunch, no investor deck, just steady progress over time.
Current project (early design)
The first Aurora Rift title is a single-player, party-based RPG set in a small frontier town as railroads, industry, and old magic collide.
There’s no release window yet. This is a long-term project that will move forward once VerifySync is on solid footing. Until then, expect occasional design work, prototypes, and world-building—mostly behind the scenes.
